Goth, having started in the 1970’s, now has MANY over-50 adherents. I often say that Goth, Punk and Metal are the only “lifetime membership” subgenres. It’ll be interesting to see if Hip Hop becomes the next one, and btw THANK GOD rave didn’t, amirite?

It kinda did, if you count all the former Hacienda regulars who now have substance-induced short-term memory problems.
