WHO THE HELL KNEW THIS?! I can’t believe:

a) that such a law exists in 2008, and

b) that there isn’t NATIONAL OUTRAGE over the fact.

Nay, make that international. The article later states there are similar laws in the USA, Canada, most of Europe etc.
