Automatically Pausing iTunes From Firefox?

I feel your pain. At the moment I use the SizzlingKeys iTunes plugin so I can pause my music via a simple keyboard shortcut without having to leave my browser, switch windows and all that jazz. Not perfect, but it gets the job done.
