Parents let kid drop out of school to focus on Guitar Hero pro-gaming career

OMG WTF BBQ

As the article says, “it would be one thing if the guy was a bona fide music or athletic prodigy” - but is there any precedent or proof that one can actually have a career as a pro-gamer?!
