This actually sounds like quite a good marketing campaign
The Financial Times is giving away premium online subscriptions to the mayors of places associated with top business schools.
Also a bit of a dream for a tech journalist: “MOBILE! ENTREPRENEURS! PAYWALLS!”
But I like it because it just seems to fit…business school students are more likely to be smartphone owners, and there’s an obvious link with the FT. As opposed to Foursquare’s other, less cool, somewhat shoehorned brand tie-ups in the UK: Debenhams and Dominos.
