I don’t think I’ve ever seen this man smile before. It’s kind of unnerving and a little passive agressive.  Sorta like the smile a bouncer might give you while thoroughly enjoying telling you “Not with them shoes, mate”. (NB. I do tend to like Gordon Brown though. Just not in this pic.)
